Nor are we liable for loss of profits, loss of opportunity, consequential losses, loss of goodwill, damages or charges etc. associated to the issue.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
Before 24 Hours: If a you cancel the booking 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the trip, INR 500 will be charged as cancellation fee. You will get invoice with cancellation charge.
Within 3-24 Hours: Less than 24 hours and up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the trip, INR 1000 will be charged as cancellation fee. You will get invoice with cancellation charge.
Less than 3 Hours: Less than 3 hours remaining from scheduled start time of the trip, INR 2000 will be charged as cancellation fee. You will get invoice with cancellation charge.
Before 24 Hours: No rescheduling charge.
Within 24 Hours: Reschedule fee INR 1000.
Before 24 Hours: No Charge (subject to car/driver availability at the new location).
Within 24 Hours: INR 500 (subject to car/driver availability at the new location).
Degrade: Not Allowed.
Upgrade before 24 Hours: Differential Fare plus INR 500
Upgrade within 24 Hours: Differential Fare plus INR 1000
All the transactions would attract additional taxes (GST) as per Government norms.
DECLINED BOOKINGYou will be informed of this.
Refund PolicyBooking fees/advance payment is not applicable hence no refund on cancellation of booking.
If by mistake you pay excess amount (more than the invoice amount) that will be verified. If found correct then we will initiate refund.

Complaints ProcedureFor finished rentals, complaints are handled via email only. All related documents must be forwarded to: info@shrisaienterprises.in. We aim to resolve complaints within 40 days but depending on the nature it may take slightly longer. Shri Sai Enterprises can only consider complaints that reach them within 40 days of the final day of rental. Shri Sai Enterprises will not fail to comply with all regulations in force by legal authorities.
Changes To This PolicyAny changes to this privacy policy will always be posted to this page of our website.
You are not to use our website or the search engine for any illegal actions or transactions. It is prohibited to retrieve or try to retrieve any kind of information from our site, to damage or interfere with the normal functioning.
